Subs with banana posts instead of spring loaded posts?

How do you hook up speaker wires to subwoofers with banana posts on them? I have an old 10’ Kappa Perfect and I’m not sure if I should buy a pair of banana plugs (because people say there’s too much vibration for the plugs to hold onto the wires tightly) or just use bare wire? But the same reasoning applies here too - vibration will loosen up the banana posts? I just don’t want loose connections and possible arcing.

Spot solder about 6-10" of 14ga OFC to the speaker terminals with Weather -proof Spade connectors should do very well for you.. Or just Spot solder for a final connection from speaker wiring to Speaker terminals

Aren’t those screw terminals or am I missing something? If so unscrew them, put the wire in the side and tighten it up, works really good and will hold the wire real tight, better than the spring loaded push terminals in my opinion.

Do they look like these posts? If so unscrew them to put bare wire in, should not come loose if you tighten them right. I wouldn't waste money on banana plugs.
