subs vibrating

I know the subs are 4ohm svc subs so 2 of them sould bring it to a 2 ohm load, which sould sound better than just one 4 ohm sub.

somethins screwed up.........So it sounds better with one sub than 2? Did you try switching your + and - on one sub?

The belle is a 5 channel amp- 1100 rms for sub and 50x4 rms for mids/highs, all in one amp.
Think this guy's on the right track. Phasing issue. And this enclosure is 1 cubic foot housing dual 12s????

i just wired the subs in series to see if that would make a difference and it sounded the same to me. could it be my amp?

I take it the MTX is stable into 2 ohms? If so, wire all positives to the positive speaker output of the amp, and likewise with the negatives. As for the enclosure, I wouldn't use anything less than 1 cube per 12. Also, check your gains. Don't know the specs on that amp, but you may be clipping it trying to compensate for lack of enclosure volume and lowend output. May not be the case though. Can't really say without knowing all the details.

the gains are not all the way up. and yes the amp is 2 ohm stabe. as for the wiering, thats how i had it wiered the whole time, until i noticed that playing one sub at a time sounded better and kina louder?
