Subs thud

My subs thud when i turn my system on or when i switch songs on my deck, it never use to do this just started doing this, any one know why ?

i dunnot, my subs only do that when i have my itrip hooked up

whats an itrip?, ill check my ground i had took it out the other day to sand it down to make it better lol might not hav re-seated it as good as i thought thanx for the tips

if any one else has any suggestions what it might be pls feel free to add just in case its not so i know what else to look at/for.
