subs that people will hear

i havent read past page one, but how about a few w6's, i know theres better products for the price, but not in any car audio stores. online only.

What is this? Can you point me to more info about this seemingly car audio related competition? I'm curious.
http://www.iasca.com - Sound Quality competitions and SPL (sound pressure level) competitions

http://www.termpro.com/ - SPL competitions.

Make note that IASCA and USACi (the 2nd link) both consist of sound quality competitions, in which the goal is the accurate reproduction of music without concern for the volume level of the music.......kinda like going to see that live jazz show at the local coffee shop //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Sounds great, and doesn't kill your hearing.

The SPL competitions (DB Drags as they are called) is a competition to see who's vehicle can attain the highest decibel level.

Also note that none of these organizations promote the use of car audio systems in such a way that it disrupts others (i.e. don't "boom" your stereo in residential areas where it can be plainly heard by others), much in the same way the NHRA drag racing association does not promote people to drag race their cars on the street.

you never know.
actually i never read dates on posts.
I rarely look at them either. But this was a 7 page thread that wasn't here yesterday, so I picked up on it right away. Looking at the dates, this isn't the first time this thread has been ressurected either. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/imdaman.gif.bc6c552e19aa4ad8c47461144f40eb1a.gif

Thanks for the links.

There are lines we have to draw and respect in order to coexist in society. The world is crowded. I wish more subwoofer/car audio aficionados understood this. Clearly, the ones that do don't capture public attention. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
