I think I'm out of phase. Looks like one sub goes in. while the other goes out on 50hz and 40hz test tones

To test if they are out of phase of not

Get a 9 volt battery or something like that and touch the + wires and - to the battery. If they both move out they are in phase, if one goes in and other out they are out of phase. If one ***** in and one pushes out switch the wires around

sounds more like a wiring problem.....

os w6's sounded good sealed or ported!! squeezed in 2 15w6s in a nissan 240sx i had... it ****** the air right out of you and made your ears tingle n hurt... not bad for a sealed set up!!

Then I might add polyfill and add a tube port to it

So I compared a bag of packing penuts. No way this box is even close to 2.5. Maybe 1.8 so ill need alot of polyfill for it our make a new box. Any one have a. website that calculate how much poly and tube length I would need

You going to have an external port? If you put it on the inside of the box it would make the volume even smaller than it is now

You would have to recalculate with the displacement of the port inside the box

So I used popcorn 1.5 bag filled it. Looked. Online and I read 1lb is about cf of volume. So I added that into the box. Tested the fase and they are fine.
