Subs nly work when head is on TUNER setting

Hey,

My subs work when I listen to the radio tuner, but they do not work when I switch the source to cd or aux or USB input.

Does anyone know why that might happen?

When I adjust the 'subwoofer level" on the head unit, the subs dont change level at all.

The only time I can get them to work is if I actually increase the "bass level" on the head.

I suspect that my sub is underpowered or RCA is plugged into the wrong preouts.

Either that or each source has its own subwoofer output level, and the radio is the highest.

The headunit is a kenwood MP438U

anyone have thoughts on that?

remote is on the acc antenna wire. try the other blue wire

make sure ur sub's are pluged in the sub out...

and most of all hook up the blue with white from ur deck to the rem. turn on to ur amp...

Man, I thought I did hook it to the blue wire. the other blue one is for steering wheel control, i think.

one is auto antenna (blue) other is remote (blue w/ white stripe)

i did the same thing with my kenwood hu. called kenwood and they said try the other blue wire
