can subs make a popping noise when the voltage gets low, like 12.1 and under kinda low?

if subs are making a popping noise its eather from over excursion or amp problems. 12.1v isnt too low for ur amp to run, as long as it stays above 11.5...

i had the problem before when i blew my fuses, i didnt know they were blown and when i turned it up they made a popping noise.
