IDQ12V3 or IDQ12V2? please help!

Is the version 3 worth the extra money? I'm driving a small car(geo prizm) so I don't want overkill but want enough if you know what I mean... the price diff. is pretty substantial. I'm using a memphis audio 10 in. right now with 500 rms going to it. The version 2 only gets 350 rms but yet it's 2 inches bigger...

Either are better than what ya got... there is a big difference between the two.... but I'd rather have 2 IDQv.2 than 1 IDQv.3
