subs in rear doors?

has anyone tried mounting small subs like the focal 5ws in rear doors, while running comps in the front? Does that work or not really

there are people that run 8l7 in the doors

cut the door. use wood baffle, and yes lots of deadning.

if you do it right, it will give you good sound

And pay attention.....not all subs will work well Infinte Baffle, so you may need to actually construct an enclosure to go in your door panel if you want to go that route.
