I am sort of new to this car audio thing. I currently have two belva 12s and a JBL club-5501 amp. All was well and my subs, which aren't the best, were actually sounding pretty good the last few days but all the sudden, my subs got way quieter. They still produce bass, even though it's very quiet, and the protector light on the amp isn't on. The amp isn't hot. The speakers do not sound blown. Any help would be awesome.

push on subs slowly see if u hear a scrub. make sure wires aren't swapped + &- on box.. check fuses peeps have said they seen fuse 1/2 way blown still plays some.. make sure lp xover is above 70hz check hu make sure u don't have sub volume or some other setting changed

Additinally, no need to reference "max" anything as those specs are useless. Most of know how to look at specs for a given speaker, amp, HU, etc...

If they had an orange basket I would have to buy them.... Hmmmm Sell my 4 Xs and get 6 of those and do no-wall again with one more 4500.....

That’s the little single 6.5 inch enclosure. The Savard did just as well as the RDS. These subs do well in ported or 6th orders but not as well...
