Subs for a F150

My friend is wanting to put some subs in his 2000 f150 reg cab. He wants to spend 300-350 max and will prolly be getting a jbl 600 to power them. And he will want a sqpl speaker, one that isn't all spl or all sq, but some of both. Any ideas? He was talking about 2 perfects and 2 rf hxs, and I told him that those are 2 very diff sounds. Keep in mind there isn't a lot of room behind the seats.

yea, he also is probably going to want a more mainstream speaker...not some brand he has never heard of

Try some Alpine's or MTX 8000 series, he can find them at Best Buy or Circuitous City.

I would say Alpine Type R, JL audio w0 or w3, Rockford HE2 sorta lol. Those would be my three main stream top choices.

yea, I've just about got him sold on 2 jl w3's
