Subs came in RL-p / SD2.5 - 56K not so bad, only 3 pics

The RL-p will be running on the PCA1500D (originally was going to run two but money is an issue with tuition and books right now) @ 4ohms so ~800watts, going into a 2cu@35Hz box. This is replacing two 10W3's running off of 400wrms each in a 2cu sealed box (how do you guys think the RL-p will stack up SQ-wise and output-wise?)

Theres two of the SD2.5's and those are going into a 4.something cube box @ like 40Hz. Budget street beater SPL setup for my friend who's looking to take on all the local L7 fanboys (theres a LOT of them around our area and all think its one of the best subs out there).

Can't wait to get it all hooked up, the RL-p is going in this weekend, the AQ's are still a long way from getting installed because of school interfering...

It wont get as loud as the W3s but it will be very nice SQ wise

me too. my dual 12 rl-p's sealed actually edge out the dual 12w3v2's ported i ran. of course they were getting 800 watts and these are getting 1500. but still. can't go wrong with rl-p's, the sq will be great vq35, and i think you might be a bit surprised by the output. here's a shot of mine in the car!
