Subs and Components on same amp?

Can you do it? I want to run 2 6.5 components in front, and two 8" subs in the back. I would probably have to get a crossover for the subs, but wouldnt it otherwise work? Amp puts out 150x4

or you could use channels one and two for the two sets of components and bridge the other two...

Yes, but your head unit should have the ability to low pass the subbass and HP the front stage.

or the amp should have a LP crossover for the rear.

yea 4 channel amps usually have two different crossover features, lowpass and highpass or fullrange. hook your components to channel 1 and 2, and there should be a crossover for those two channels, set that to fullrange. then hook your 8's up to channel 3 and 4, and there should be another crossover for those two channels, you want to hook a SUBWOOFER OUTPUT from your headunit to this channel. if you dont have a headunit that has front\rear\sub outputs, and only front\rear, then hook the rear to that channel. set that crossover to lowpass filter and get to as close to 80~150hz as you can.

if you subs are dual 4 ohm, or single 4 or 8 ohm, the will work. dual 4 would be better. single 2 ohm would be the best.

then you should be all set.
