the JL's are w-o's and are 4ohm and the sony amp is sweet its like 2 amps in one its 1 channel mono works good as new and the jl amp is new and is like 2ohm to 4ohm stable and 100.00 plus shipping is the lowest i can go sorry

i dont have any warrentys they can be sent in if something happens though and they are new i hooked them up to make sure there was no flaws

my buddy had a car audio store he closed down (lack of funds) the jl's were off the show room floor he used the boxes to send blown subs back to the factory.I got them at his cost which was 50%off retail which means i paid $50.00 a subwoofer not bad huh? Then just to insure that everything was a 100% I double checked all the subs before i put them on here .....i mean if u wanna get all wierded out about someone that wants to insure ur products work like new then SORRY
