I finally got a digital camera for christmas. its a kodak easy share z760. decided to make a vid of my subs in action. keep in mind these subs only have 250 watts rms (each) on them. they are getting close to x-max on this song. its awesome in person. heres the link....

Looks like it pounds my man.......BUT! Why not dust your box and subs off??? you have a boomin system, but its dirty. I would also vacuum the trunk. I know that may seem picky and stupid, but //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/imo.gif.3a57bcc70a4835dc53e86ffae1a0b041.gif it would make it look much better. I have a slotported box in my trunk with a JL sub and its all neat and shiny. My trunk is also cleaned up and vacuumed, I always get compliments on my setup.

i didnt think about it. plus i am in the process of making another box. single chamber, carpeted. i am gonna get some automotive carpet for the box and some for the trunk itself. the subs arent dirty they just look it, but the box is...

its the song that is being played...their not sloppy at all. good tight bass most of the time.

I wasn't referring to your video. Every excursion video sounds terrible -- that's a known fact.

Like I said, if it sounds good to you, then that's all that really matters. Don't take it the wrong way.

"Good tight bass" is very subjective and more often than not, people don't have a good reference as to what "good tight bass" really is.

I've owned a pair of 2004 Type-R's and they sounded halfway decent (powered by a Rockford Fosgate 601s) especially for their price. But that's all the credit Type-R's will ever get from me especially after hearing/owning as many systems as I have.
