I seen the way 12volt.com shows but was wanting to know about the way I have drawn.

Assuming the amplifier ends of your drawing are in parallel connected to a monoblock amp, then yes... that's a 1Ω load.

why? its a waste of money.

I feel like its eaier to wire the way I drew up. You only have to fit one speaker wire for each positive and negative connection vs more than one the way 12volt shows.
