Sub wiring help

I have a single lanzar maxst 12 sub and i am trying to figure out how to wire it to my amp with the duel set of connecters on the rear of the sub. and which way it needs to be hooked to the amp it is a 400 watt 2-4 channel bridgeable amp

Is this your sub? parts-express part 293-483 Lanzar MAX12 12" Subwoofer 4 Ohm 293-483

It's got a single voice coil at 4ohm. So, bridge your amplifier and hook the sub up. (check your amp for manuals)
