Sub to match MTX 421D amp

Picked up MTX 421D amp for 25$ from a friend (Steal, I know). I have it hooked up to an 12" MTX thunder 5500. Sounds pretty good. Wondering what would be a sub under 150$ ideally to switch with the MTX I have in their currently. I think this amp is really underrated as far as power too. Id rather get a little too much sub then not enough.

Throw an RE SE on it, those are strong amps...

so you have 150w @ 4 ohms and 300w @ 2 ohms to work with

heres what i can think of under $150 -

Sundown sa-8

SSA dcon

Bravox Audio PXW 12D

Incriminator Audio I87

T3 T-200

2 RE Audio REX12's (The older versions are better imo)

IMO, i would go with the T3 or the Dcon

Yeah, that's what I heard. My friend had a 1000 Watt sony xplod before this amp and it just ****ing blew it out of the water. Given, sony xplode amps are only good for inflated numbers and setting fires.

Yea, they put out. Iv used several MTX amps in my time. The older version of this one, the 4250D was a powerhouse. This amp will do close to 500@2ohms with ease...
