Sub to match amp

Hi all, new member here. I was reading around on here recently before signing up and saw some good information. It was old, though.

I have a 2010 Acura sedan with the technology package. I installed a Memphis 300 watt amp and used an old sub and box I had laying around for a while. It is a 10" Sony xplod (7 year old cheap Walmart sub) in a ported box and am looking to upgrade. My question is, what's recommendations for a good sub for under $100? It doesn't have to be top of the line and sound quality is key to me. I've read good things about the infinity reference 1062w and that one is around $50 on Amazon right now. Any thoughts on this sub it recommendations on another? Also, I'm open to building a new box to suit the sub. I'll post the exact dims of the old one as soon as I get a chance to measure it.
