Ok hopefully this will be my last system, but we'll see.

Alright folks, i need your help, right now the stuff i have for my car is a Kicker CVX15 and two Kenwood 9152D, and a sealed and ported box. What im wondering is would the setup i have now be louder than 2 Alpine Type R's or 2 JBL P1222. They would be ran off of the same amps i have now, and probably be switched back and forth between a sealed and ported boxes.

So fellas let me know which setup you would go with, or which one would be the louder, cause im looking more for SPL than SQ, also i listen to alot of heavy bass music.

Unless you don't have the room, I would go with the Rs.

i have my whole trunk of a 2000 grand prix, i have room, im just lookin to see what the best setup is. and also of course there's gonna be power to it, each sub gets it's own amp

no it is not but it was a fast box for bass racing it can do mid to hight130. i am doing a new box.

mid to high 130??? thats a Solo X isnt it?? with the right amp and power it should be hittin harder than that, my single 15" round cvx sub with a kenwood amp hit a 143.7

ya i am not giving it but like 1800watt with a ab 1800 amp

but i have a power bass 3000d on the way and i am doing a 1.3cu box at 55hz
