I wouldn't buy anymore subs until you learn how to not blow them.

Haha not true. That amp simply should not blow those subs unless you're clipping the HELL out of it. What kind of box and electrical do you have?

What kind of batteries?

Enclosure size?

Sub voice coil config?

Gain settings?

(once you post these, I'm willing to bet I'll know why your ish is blown)

No all that's around here is dumbasses who think the only way to get louder is to crank the gain settings to max.

If you want some help please use an appropriate tone.

Ya do you have a DMM? (digital multi meter) You need to find your target voltage and use the DMM to set your gain. The gain position is dependent on input voltage too so you might get the full 4000 watts with 1/4 of the gain turned. Anything after that is just degrading the signal so far that its burning your subs.
