Sub still moving at zero volume?

I have two mono amps each running one of my two subs. When I turn my head unit to zero volume one of the subs is slightly moving in and out. I unplugged the input RCAs and the movement stops. What could I do to fix it?
Ground loop.

Ground your RCA's to the cage of your head unit, and make sure the ground for the amps is solid (as well as the ground for the battery.)

EDIT:: If problems still occur after this, it's time to do more trouble shooting. Those are the most common reasons behind ground loops. The problem could be in your alternator itself. You might have a weak connection between alternator casing and engine block. But do those two quick fixes first. Especially if you have a Pioneer Head Unit. They're prone to getting ground loops. Check in the 'Head Unit' section, there's a whole thread with a walk through.

I do have a pioneer head unit. I did not have this problem a few months ago before removing everything from my car. Had everything reinstalled yesterday and thats when the proble came up. I suspected it was a wiring issue. If it was a grounding issue wouldn't the other sub amp be doing the same thing?

Ok, I turned down the gain on the amp connected to the sub that is still moving at zero volume. The movement stopped. However, it was the same gain setting as before and I didn't have that problem. I moved the gain down on the other sub amp so they were equal and the subs do not seem to be moving together or at the same rate.

You will need to isolate the ground connection on your antenna connector by wrapping a thin layer of electrical tape around the outside of the plug. In my 2003 Honda CRV I had noise in the my system I just installed and doing that stopped it. Also make sure your head unit's ground wire is connected to where the amp is grounded.
