Sub(s) for a modded Audi S4?

So I've got an 01' Audi S4 that has some speed mods, and is going to get more. I'm going to put a system in it and am just looking for some opinions and suggestions. Now this is somewhat unique because weight is a factor (not the absolute factor, and I know that any system is going to weigh alot, but the lighter the better.) I'm coming from a 15" SX in my other car and am looking to not lose too much SPL. To power it I've got a 1600W @ 1ohm from a Cadence Daytona DCA1600 (or I may sell it to get whatever amp to match the sub.) This will just be a daily beater so I don't think I'll compete with it (though when a comp comes it may be tempting to throw the Powerbass XA-3000d on it just to see how I do.) Price isn't a huge factor. I'm looking to not go much bigger than 2.5 ft^3. So here's a list of subs I'm considering. Which would you choose if you were in my situation, and is there any suggestions of other subs to consider?

First, subs I don't want: Fi Q (because it's supposedly very similar to my SX and I want to try something new), DD's

Subs I'm considering:

1. 2 12" OZ ME's sealed- I've always be itching to try these or some IDMAXes, 31lbs ea.

2. 1 12" AQ HDC12 ported- would be good as well if I end up wanting to compete a little again, 52lbs

3. 1 12" eD A ported- 59lbs

4. 2 12" PG Ti elites- may need more power than I have and 2 would be heavy

Other's I'm considering, Rl-p, CVX's (cheap), W7, 2 10'' OZ ME's ported (if I can find them), 05' XXX (heavy)

I'm leaning most towards the AQ with the ME's a close second. Suggestions? Lighter subs?

if weight is a factor, get a boston 555, it only weights 27 pounds and has great SQ, also can fit in very small places causing the least amount of weight increase in the car.

shpatb, thanks that's the exact type of suggestion I'm lookng for, something that I haven't thought of. Looks like a cool sub and I've always wanted to play around with a neo sub. I know I said price isn't a factor, well let's just say that price isn't as heavily weighted of a factor, but the cheapest I found these subs for was $550 from woofersetc. Also one worry with the 555 is it's output compared to my current SX or a ported 12". I'm definitely considering the sub though. Kinda makes me want to sell my DCA1600 and get an alpine PDX 1000.1 for a 555 to match my other PDX (but I usually like alot of headroom so idk). Maybe I get two 555's and throw in my powerbass 3000D, but then there goes my weight savings ha. Also, I can get the OZ ME's for less than $200 shipped, run those off my current DCA1600 and have somewhat similar SPL and SQ of 2 555's. Keep any suggestions/alternatives coming!

i can barely take one 555, its sick... two would be just idiotic, try to find someone with one, their suprisingly loud and have great SQ, just because they have great SQ doesnt mean they dont get great output
