I haven't used it but I've used a ton of weatherstrip adhesive.

Makes sense though, it's a metal to plastic gluing application. That said, there are different chemical properties for glues that are made for polypropylene or PVC, for instance. They'll smell the same but that doesn't mean their chemical properties are the same.

 
thats kind of the theory im going off of. metal to plastic... although this is a foam surround im dealing with currently. any opinion on that?

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...

Be sure to see the sub specs. It should tell you the ideal sealed enclosure size.
