Sub recommendations

Hi everyone I would like some input from people that know more than I do. I have a quadcab dodge ram and I purchased a prefabbed box that fits under the rear seats instead of building my own. I am looking for a 12" sub for SQ more than SPL. I have 500rms @4ohm load to feed it. The specs on the box are: Sealed 1.3ft3 with a 7.75" mounting depth. Some of subs that I have been looking at are IDQ 12v3.d2, Jl 12w6v2, Alpine type R, Infinity perfect 12.1, RF T1, Kicker CVX or other... I would be willing to park with upto $350. An input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
