Sub problem/someone hit me

Ok well yesterday I was coming home from school and some dumb ***** hit my car and now my sub doesn't work. I don't know if its the sub or the rca's or the amp but when she hit me it knocked the rear of my car out of alignment and i think it moved my amp and sub because i just was finishing up my wiring and about to reinstall the interior.

Ok so the sub now just produces garbled noise and i think the rca ports on my amp are bent because i can wiggle them slightly, is there a way to see what is exactly wrong because it was working while I was driving but after she hit me its just garbled, and i doubt her insurance is gonna cover a new amp or sub etc.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif

if it was damaged in the accident by her then their insurance should cover it. the last car i had that got rear ended they paid for new equipment plus install. it'd her fault it's not working because she caused the accident.

here they are in my datsun, and i bought them off here and don't have receipts though although i have the paypal log w/ matrxdude and bigbang can vouch for me that i paid him for the sub

The insurance will probably try to tell you they will not or are not responsible for your equipment, but they are. Don't give in and threaten to sue if they don't.

the problem is this dumb ***** was driving w/ a supsended license, it was her daughters car, her daughter is in jail, her insurance company is so no-name crapass insurance http://washington-and-co-insurance.com/Home_Page.html, they had the k-9 unit find drugs in the car but there were 4 other people in the car and they all ran away the driver tried to walk away but the police made her come back. so i think she had insurance under her daughter or whatever but they probably let it lapse so this is some bulls**t. i think the sub is blown cause its all garbled in the video

plus ive got 2 other blown subs that would be awesome to have fixed

im not even sure if the ***** that hit me has valid insurance so if its gonna be all on my policy my rates will go up i think right? i have state farm
