Sub grills

I've got a pair of DLS subs, and they didn't come with grills. Im scared to leave them much longer w/o grills, because the box slides around in my trunk alot. Where can I get some? Cannot find them anywhere. Do other brands fit?

take some small 1/4 inch ply or something even a 1x4 or 2x4 and make a wedge that keeps the box from hitting the front of the trunk, just prop it against the box.

It's a cheap and non-aesthetic way, but it would work if you can't find grills.

I do have a board wedged infront of the box from hitting the front of the trunk, but that peice of wood moves. I know what you mean by wedging the wood, but im too lazy to go out and get some wood and cut it. I dont even think I have a saw (just moved houses)

I have some 1/2 and 3/4 PLEXI, i plan to make a grill for my XXX15 this summer. Gooing to space that ***** a couple inches though!! Make sure if you make something you are prepared for excursion ;-)

I got plenty, i can sell you a chunk or either....

Put some rubber feet on the bottom of the box or velcro, the stiff portion that is.

a grill won't prevent them from touching the subs, but a poke in the eye just might...

so tell them it feels cooler on your cheek and when they stick their head in there slam the ****ing trunk down.. won't need the grills then

Wasn't planning to just use a solid chunk of plexi... rather i am going to have the deign below (VERY rough sketch in MS Paint) cut on a waterjet out of the 1/2" plexi i have...





Also, i do not have a full sheet anymore... Something like 42" X 24" or something like that... shit is EXPENSIVE but if you want to make me an offer, i can get you the exact size... PM me if you want
