sub for bx1605d

ok i gave everything to my friends, and i only have a bx1605d, and a kicker kx650.4 to start so im looking for a new sub, i was looking into a single 12" sub setup that will get loud and sound decent i have 250 to spend on the sub, what do you recommend i was thinking l7 , ts-3000, type x, jbl gti(a bit expensive), or even 2 rsd, what else do you recommend
