Sub doesn't work

I bought this sub off some guy and he said he doesn't know if it works or not. But it was cheap so thats why i bought it. When i hooked up the sub and wired it to 2ohms it didn't do anything. BTW this is a Orion H2 15" D4. I tried pushing the cone a little and still nothing. But one thing i do notice is that when i push the cone a little i hear something like a spring is lose or something may be loose. Do anyone know why it makes that noise when i move the cone a little?

you may need a recone how do the tensle leads and the coil look?

Ok found out the problem i need a recone. Thanks XtrmAudioCncpts! I didn't buy from any of those guys but dang i may just sell this sub since i see Orion stuff has problems.
