sub doesn't make sound at lower levels

I have a jbl gto running off a Kenwood amp it plays fine at lower volumes but when I turn it up at lower frequencies it just moves without noise

when u turn up the volume high? and at lower frequencies the subs move but no sound? check your amp make sure its not set to low, if the freq is set to low on your amp your subs will move and push air but no sound. or barely any sound.

It's in a sealed enclosure with the sub sonic filter set to 20htz and the Lpf is set to 120
