Sub Channel Question.

My A7's sub channel will not work, the other 4 channels are working fine. There are ZERO blown fuses, all the connections are perfect and its a brand new sub/box/amp/wiring etc. I have the amp grounded to the battery and the HU grounded inside the dash.

I was told it was probably a floating-ground, meaning i need to ground both the HU and amp places besides the battery, something like the chassis.
