AMP for CDT Audio EF-61CF ???

Got a set of CDT Audio EF-61CF 's coming with BIG thanks to don (djdilliodon)

looking to spend a max of $200 on a nice amp thats 150-180x2 rms

thing is i want a decently small amp, something that will fit under a seat...

what do youall suggest?

i've also been reading that you could use a 4 channel amp to power a set of comps and bridge a side to the fronts channel and a side to the rear channels...is there any set backs to doing that at all?
