Sub box for two 12's help me

alright i was planning on building a sub box for my two audiobahn Q series 12inch subs.

i have an idea tell me if you think it would work but i have two ideas for the amp like i have it shown in these pics and put a compartment underneath the box for the amp with like a flip down panel to adjust everything...
