sub box for '04 f-150 ext. cab

a buddy of mine is looking to get a box for his ford 2004 f-150 extended cab.. currently hes using an MTX Thunderform with the mtx thunder 4500 in it, but it isnt cutting it

anyone know where online he could get one, or anyone here who could custom build one, or at least give a quote on one? he's looking for it to fit 2 12" subs

second one is for super crew, which wont fit extended cab, also the f-150 builds on here that i saw during search, all had the back seat taken out to have a box in there
