Sub box construction

I am just wondering what i should use to put all of my pieces together. Wood glue, gorilla glue, nails, screws, industrial grade adhesive (pl-400). maybe a combination of some of those. I’m just now sure what’s best so any help would be appreciated.

Titebond II, III or Gorilla wood glue and either clamps or screws or both.

Construction adhesives have 7 day cure times and sometimes off gas. Wood glue dries and cures in 24hrs.

Woodglue, clamps and/or screws or brads. Any sealant/adhesive to seal is optional imo. If your cuts are good the caulk/silicone you use to seal is like insurance. I never use construction type adhesive on an enclosure... I've seen it used but Woodglue seems to work for me.

As Shredder2 mentioned, its always good to caulk the inner seams so you know for sure the seams are air tight. Alex Plus Fast Dry is my go to for that. It comes in 5oz squeeze tubes and 10oz tubes for a caulk gun.

I use wood glue, drywall course screws, and clamps to hold together. Then caulk inside. Countersink for screws 1st before screwing. And also important...predrill 1st.
