sub amp question

hey guys, just bought a memphis 4k off the fourm just got to my house and hooked it up inplace of my M3. but it is making a weird noise. even when the volume isnt on.

i have tryed 2 diffrent ran RCA's. neither worked diffrently.

i tryed re running the RCA strait to hedunit instead of thro the EQ. made it worse. and have checked the Battery grounds all of them are nice and tight.

anny suggestions?
