Sub + Amp for 350z?

I'm about to purchase a 2005 350z Touring Coupe and I'm looking for a good subwoofer setup at around the price of $300-400 total. I'm leaning toward using a custom, single 12" sub enclosure which fits in the 350z from ZEnclosures.

If anyone could recommend a good 12" sub and amp setup to fit that enclosure at around $300-400, I would greatly appreciate it!

If you can go 10 inch I have a nice elemental designs sub and my buddy's mtx amp. Otherwise my lows can get you set up
