sub advice please

I've been a lurker in this and a few other car audio forums and i have a few questions.

I have a 99 camry. I just started to get into car audio just recently(i have lots of time at work so i've read alot of article and such) and i'm looking to go for a good sound qualty system(no competion or anything like that just want it to sound pretty good).

I'm looking for one 12 with

summary:

looking for a good quality 12 with a pretty small box and can work with 600w @ 4ohm

Also what sub placement would be best(or the pros and cons of each)

1) behind where the seat fold down(between cabin and trunk) facing forward(the the front of the sub would be sealed from the trunk)

2) the same place but facing toward the rear

3) on the drivers side rear of the trunk facing toward the rear(like in the corner)

225 for 2 mmats p2.5 12s, they are sq oriented and only require .7cubes for a sealed box so 1.5 for the pair would work

and they're dual 4ohm so if you run them in series/ parallel you could run 300 watts to each

i'm leaning toward the corner but i would like to hear what other people would recomend first

o ya i'm not buying anything till spring b/c its starting to get cold and i dont really wanna do any installs now
