I'm running a soundstream ta1.3000d amp

It's rated at 1400w x1 @ 2ohms

I have 2 sundown x10's wired in series parallel to 2ohm off 1 channel

How much power am I running to each sub?

Thats a mono amp. It just has 4 speaker terminals for "easier wiring". Cant bridge it.

Power depends on impedance rise and voltage drop. A wild guess would be 400 watts each. The X can take some power.

the specs of that amp says its .5 ohm stable, you should wire the subs to .5 at the amp to get the real power out of it

They are solid amps and put out rated if not very close to it, but realize with box rise and voltage you technically aren't giving the subs all of rated power.

So in a 3ft3 net box... say just under 1800ish total if everything is up to par... so 800 to just under 900 on each at 1/2 ohm by my estimation

What's the likelihood that it'll last 2 years at 1/2 ohm with solid electrical?.. is it gonna run hot?.. im curious as im considering options this week and is this amp really worth a look?
