stuck on what i need

Ok right now i have an AQ hdc315 in a t-line built by stratusrt01 running at half and ohm on a sundown 1500d. I like my bass low and loud. well its loud and plays low extremely well but on most music i listen too when it plays low it wants to bottom out, i turned the SSF up to stop it from bottoming but then i lose some of my low end output. what do i do? heres a pic of the inside of my box for refernce

should i have it tuned lower and lose output or what???

so does it actually bottom out? or does it just "want to bottom out"?

no it does bottom out, not hard but i can hear it.

you probably wont be able to change the tuning to be lower without destroying the box...

move the SSF up, or buy a new XO with a steeper slope on it to use as your ssf.

so theres no way around losing the output and the lower hz? songs i listen too are alot of three six mafia, alot of chopped and screwed songs. most have alot of low bass in the 30's range.

how high is your box tuned...

and like i said, your other option is a steaper clope on the xrossover...

i have no idea how high its tuned. rich knows i like my bass low and loud. i will have to ask him exactly what the tune is.

well if adjusting your ssf has that much of an adverse reaction to your bass in the 30 hz range, logic leads me to say that you either need a new box or a new woofer...
