Stroker in a sealed box

What kind of SQ and SPL would I get if I were to put a 15" CV stroker into a sealed box? Not a tiny one but one that will fit into a 300zx.

because I want sq but I want it LOUD I can get a stroker for what I think (im new to car-audio) is pretty cheap. I can get it for $300 shipped brand new in factory box. Is that a deal?

It doesn't exactly work that way....some subs just don't sound good in sealed boxes and others sound incredibly sloppy in ported boxes.

The old strokers have won various sq comps long ago. They can sound very nice in the right box.

Their customer service was awfull to say the least.

They get bought out by DA-- and basically go DOA

dude....balls out SPL and SQ don't mix....there are some subs out the Like the XXX or the Mag, LMS Ultra, Eclipse Ti Pro.....that can sound good and get very loud but balls out SPL is normally reserved for SPL subs
