Strapping 2 dc 5k amps

I am building 155+ suv (suburban) and want to know what is the lowest safe load I can use on two DC 5k amps. I am also doing a triple alternator setup and 8 34 size batteries in the back so power is no issue. Just debating on how many subs I can run...

Well the sad news is although I got the two more amps on a trade for some big rims. You win and you lose some. All amps, wiring, etc. will be for sale...
