Strapped two amplifier on low impendence

I have 2 15 diamond audio tdx dvc 4 ohms and 2 strapped lanzar optidrive 2000d at 4 ohms each at seeing 2 ohm load. My question, are the lanzar opti2000d safe to run strapped at 1ohm?

weird -- this place is usually all about running amps BELOW min stated impedance.

The Opti2kd is factory rated for ~1900 at 1/2. What's the "risk" in running strapped at 1?

As long as the car's electrical upgrades are substantial/adequate I don't see the "risk".

Those amplifiers are known too be a little power hungry. You need to be sure that your electrical is up par or you will have problems.

I didn't think they would last as long as they did. Master popped. Slave is still going to this day in my buddy's car strapped to another..

im confused what that has to do with the lanzar? lol i must have missed the discussion.

i had a opti 1000 and it was decent. not the best but definitely a good budget amp. if i was on a budget Id run them.
