ya here its fine to shot anyone, they just passed a castle act or some shit so that instead of needing to shot him twice in the chest and once in the head(if he is still active after the first shot by law anyway) to now i can just unload

15-20 years ago the interpretation of the law was much different. Also carrying a gun is pretty much an automatic get shot...
Here in WV you can shoot somebody for tresspassing and get away with it, so yea

does this have to do with the castle act, that was just passed about a year ago. because as far as i understood it i CAN shoot whoever inside the threshold of my house without any question's asked. the cops even said i SHOULD have, one said he appreciated me not doing it, but they both said they wouldn't have asked me any questions about it and they would have been out of my house my 12 noon. this is Missouri law BTW i know it varies much from state to state

well when i drew down on the 2 little juveniles trying to break in my house...they put their hands up right away, one of them had a cheap *** Hi-Point 9mm, i was specifically told by the sheriff and the prosecutor, that if i would have shot them, they would of had no choice but ot charge me with a crime. And the crime scene unit can tell if someone was shot with their hands up. Besides, i am glad that i don't have the death of a tenager on my soul.

me too man, if you read all the shit i posted i really feel bad for beating his *** the way i did. he did try to take the gun from me tho, this is why all of them said there would be nothing said to me about it because it was self defense. i mean i did have the decency to wake him up and talk to him for a good min. tried to get him to just leave so i didn't have to call the cops, but he also had not broken anything, made sure to shut the window after he entered, and just passed out. none of the kids where in there rooms(because they never are)but this kid was not a threat and there was obviously better ways of detaining him, i just wanted to know if i was right or wrong about the law. i will have cheesemind come down here and get more technical about the law here in Missouri

LMAO.....this happened to one of my neighbors freinds and he ended up outside of our front door making grunting noises at like 3 am so my rents called the cops. He would not cooperate and they drew guns on him. My rents said if they had of know it was my neighbors friend they wouldnt have called the cops but they had no idea who it was

rofl. that is way different man, i really really tried to get this kid to just leave, gave him time to gather his possessions, all kinds of shit. the one cop talked to me like a was a retard for not just shooting him, the other cop said he was happy i didn't, but that i could have. and that they wouldn't have to question me about it at all, and would be out of my hair by 12 noon(this is at 3 am).i mean i had to choke this kid tell he **** near passed out, puking up blood on the floor and shit, all he had to ****ing do was walk down three ****ing doors and be home lol
