stranger tride to sleep in my kids toy room

yaya iv always been the one saying i wish someone would, but this kid was just ****ed up. i really felt bad for beating his *** the way i did. almost wanted to let him sleep it off lol. i didn't press charges or anything tho, so really this kid needs to come up and thank me tomorrow.
I commend you, because good thing he didn't step into my house. I would have shot him on site. Then again, I don't have a gun. So just would have beat his *** to death with the girls' my little pony. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

everyone says they would kill him, but would you really be able to live with killing some stupid teenager that was ****ed up and climbed in the wrong window, thats someones kid too. now a burglar is a different story, and just so you dont think im soft or something come november i will have a pistol, gotta love a state where you can shoot people

People always say its ok to kill ppl for breaking in, but thats not actually the case. The common law, ie the basis for all state law, states you can use whatever force is reasonably necessary to defend YOURSELF. This basis states that the value of life, even that of a criminal, is greater than any property.

In this case, if you would have shot him, it wouldn't be as cut and dry as some of you may think, but if he had a gun you could shoot him pretty easily.

Even if you get one in November, we're still gonna think you're soft. You're gonna get scared and shoot yourself in the foot, or shoot your cawk off tryen to get it out of your holster Kojack. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

I saw on the news a couple years back a burglar sued the people he was robbing and won.

Trust me, if I had a child and some sicko broke into my house and was in my kids bedroom I would put a bullet through his head. No questions asked. I would worry about the consequences later, but I would first and foremost protect my child from the idiot.

from my understanding, the kid wasnt in the room, if the kid was in the room that fool wouldve had 1 bad night to think about for the rest of eternity
Did you not read the OP's thread? Said he was on the kids lighting McQueens bed snoozing.

Also he mentioned they got into a scrapple. I would have shot the mother f'er so many times, we could have played connect 4.

Yes, unlike you I read the post. Maybe you should read mine.

He said he was in the kids bed, do you think he was snuggled up to the kid? c'mon man. The kid was in another room. And the truth is if you wouldve shot him not only would you have to deal with the thought of shooting some kid, but you probably would lose your house and anything else of value. is it right, no. Is that the law in most states, yes

The way you worded it Chad............sounded like you ment the kid that broke in, not the fathers kid. So sorry you can't word things right. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

And sorry, if someone broke into my house to take a cat nap, steal or whatever he would be hurt beyond belief or dead! Simple as that. I don't care what the law states. My family comes first and foremost.

The OP said the intruder had a knife on him //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

So I'm pretty sure the court, regardless of what state, would clear all charges if you shot and killed the sicko that broke an entering and had deadly force on him, plus tried to take a gun from the house owners hands to possibly use against him or his family.
