stranger tride to sleep in my kids toy room

i awoke at 2:40 am to someone crawling thro my kids window and trying to pass out on the lightning mcqueen mini bed, so i draw out my shot gun from all this racket, get back to the back room and find this kid asleep or half asleep w/e. see a pocket knife in his pocket so i take that and wake him up,tell him to just ****ing leave and get the **** out, i have kids dadada, tell him how i can see he is ****ed up and i don't want to call cops and for him to just leave. this kid refuse's to leave. at this point my gf is standing there with kids, now i tell him I'm calling the cops and to just get the **** out. he laughs at me.... so i tell my gf to just call a buddy of mine and explain to him how we are just going to drag him down the road a bit and beat his ***. kid leaps off the ground( mcqueen mini bed is pretty much the floor) and half *** trys to take the shot gun. at this point i feel bad for this kid, hes got one shoe on no shirt obviously ****ed up beyond belief, so i turn the shotty and crack him with the butt, kid takes two steps back but is still up to my surprise. so i put down the shotty start choking the piss out of this kid while giving him lefts to the face and wait for the cops to come.. this kid lives like 4 doors down and was just ****ed up as all hell..

Props to not blasting him, I honestly can't say I would have the patience to do the same if I was in a state where I knew I would not get charged for anything (Like here in MA) but you realized the kid was harmless to a point when you didn't have to.

ya here its fine to shot anyone, they just passed a castle act or some shit so that instead of needing to shot him twice in the chest and once in the head(if he is still active after the first shot by law anyway) to now i can just unload

Pretty crazy how different our states are, IMO if someone feels the need to enter your house they should know it might cost them their lives and I really can't see why anyone would argue with that. I am willing to be 90+% of all night home invasions (where someone is home) result in some kind of attack on the people sleeping.

I have a bat next to the bed I can't say if I saw someone in my house I would not just start beating them right away without even turning the lights before they quit moving or breathing at all. Would do it no matter what but it sucks the position it puts the homeowners in.

I kind of always think the worst, they chould kill, kidnap the kid, hold it hostage, hold it hostage then kill it, **** it whatever you really don't know these days which is why I think if someone invades your property they should know what it may cost them and I should not have to think a split second about what I want to do because of some liberal state.

ya its completely unfair but i think just about everywhere has passed laws letting you shoot on sight in your home, only in your home tho not the front yard, down the street after there running off

yaya iv always been the one saying i wish someone would, but this kid was just ****ed up. i really felt bad for beating his *** the way i did. almost wanted to let him sleep it off lol. i didn't press charges or anything tho, so really this kid needs to come up and thank me tomorrow.
