Witnessed an accident on the highway today..

So I was driving, merging on the highway and I was cutoff by this SUV which was driving really fast... I was pissed but I just let it go. I was probably doing 70-80 and he whizzed by me. Then as I was *****ing at him from inside my car.... He changed lanes into the nearby right lane and their was a corolla and the lady had to swerve out of the way to the right and she lost control of her car and did a 360 like twice and smashed into the guard rail. I was like "OH SHIT!!", it was the same car that cut me off. So I looked and after likw 5 seconds I saw the guy wasnt going any slower to stop or anything....

He starts going faster. Im like **** this shit I am chasing this son of a ***** down. I whip out my camera and gun my lil 92 civic like theirs no tomorrow. hes switchin lanes and shit trying to get as far as possible... Im just keeping up with him with the camera in my hand. Im talking like "Yeah im on 95, and this guy is running from the scene etc"...

I pull up next tot he guy and hes trying to hide his face and shit... after Im trying to get the guy to stop...he doesnt he just speeds off. I have his tag and shit all over video and pictures and shit so I just go back to the scene which took me 15-20 mins to get to after the chase.

I get back and the car is really ****ed up. Their is an officer and etc etc. I give my statements and this is what he says:

"Well... unfortunately shes going to be at fault because this wasnt a hit and run, because he never hit her." I start arguing with the SOB, saying what the **** I clearly saw the whole entire thing unfold. After about 30 mins or so being at the scene the SUV out of nowhere comes to the scene and is like ???????????????????? what happned??????????

I had to go, so I gave my information and now I just got a call from state farm left on my VM, I have to call them back and tell them whats up.

I tell you man. The guy ONLY Came back because I had all of his shit on video....****ed up people mang.

yah....the law is messed up...it's almost better to let the car hit u then to swerve and possibly wreck. but i'm sure the court system has to do it like this for the Joe Smoes who try to lie and say they were cut off.

I think the cop said somemthing like she can take him to court or something(I guess it all depends on what the guy says, I dont know what he has said)

However if she does go to court, I would assume a good chance of winning due to the fact that I have his *** speeding off and trying to hide has face. And then comes back after the fact that I have the shit on video.

Its nothing like a cop chase or anything, alot of it is me talking just saying the situation. I was going 90+ and my civic has 200k, shit handling and etc
