Strange Issue with No Sound from Subwoofer

I have been wiring and rewiring for a couple of weeks now and still haven't been able to get my sub to make any sound whatsoever. I'm running a KnuKnceptz 4g ofc wiring kit from a Pioneer AVH P1400DVD to a Skar Audio 800.1 amp and a Kicker Solobaric L7 woofer. I have tested the sub with a multimeter and it's fine. The amp is getting power; the green operational light is on and the protection light is off. My speaker wire from the amp to the sub also carries charge as I tested it too. But, after all that, I get no sound at all. Can anyone help me with a diagnosis?

use the DMM to test rca's

set on ac voltage and test rca's while adjusting volume up and down voltage should change (what voltage does not matter)

is rca's do show a range of voltage then move on to speaker outputs same test but this time you want to see a rise and fall of voltage based on which direction u are turning the volume

There is only one of two things going on here.

1) As suggested by the dapper, dappa5, your RCA outputs could be faulty, preventing any signal from getting to your subwoofers at at all. Bad news bears buddy, you gotta get a new head unit.

2) You've got the subwoofer arranged outrageously wrong. I mean ridiculous (I wont get in to detail if that truly is the case.)

I'm not trying to insult your inteligence but if I were a betting man I'd blame your amp. Unless....

3) You have a filter set on your main unit where your sub isn't playing the correct frequencies. Double check frequencies and wiring. It can seem stupid at the time but YOU NEVER KNOW.

I tried two sets of RCA cables already, but it could be an issue with the outputs. I'll also check the frequency possibility tomorrow. The head unit is less than a week old, so if it's faulty, it's under warranty at least. I don't know a lot about how it works yet so it very well could be filtering out the signal somehow.
