Store goes out of business, But they still have my shit

ok so heres the story

primetime sound, a local car audio store has receantly gone out of business but...they have my stuff still

i brought them my blown l5 and it was getting replaced by kicker but in the time period they went out of business, there is only the number to the realator on the for sale sign, i called him he didnt know what happened and said he couldnt give me the owner of the stores phone number becasue i didnt have that authority. so tomorrow i will be going to town hall telling then my story and seeing if they can get my stuff back or my money. idk what else to do?

haha i like the idea of calling kicker, should ij ust email them telling them whats going on and stuff. im going o go to town hall as well and se wahts up and see if they can get me the owners cell phone numbr or home number and see if he has it becasue everything is out of the store i stoped by earlier today. or if he would give me my 160 back

home phone number = go to google and type it in, and itll tell you their full name and home address. too high of a threat.

Primetime is not a direct dealer, but they could have gone through a distributor. Do you still have the copy of your original paperwork and receipt, or barcode?

they held onto my paper work while it was getting repaired i looked all over for it today. and its nowhere to be found so it has to be there =| i called city hall and the police are involved now

always make copies, never leave your original, makes it hard for a leg to stand on later. But anyways, you have no way to get a barcode off the original box, recorded anywhere??
