my girlfriend has a single 8" and I am running about 125-150 rms on it sounds like its just right for it so I would say about there. Max on the sub says 400 watts doesnt list a rms rating.

he was only running (a pyramyd amp)125 bridged over the 2 coils... he was like holy ish this stuffs loud.. i just laughed and smilled
